David Rubin is the former mayor of Shiloh, Israel, and the Founder of Shiloh Israel Children’s Fund. He is also the author of the book, Islamic Tsunami: Israel and America in the Age of Obama.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, has confirmed that he accepts President Barack Obama’s demand that the precarious pre-1967 borders be the basis for negotiations with the Palestinian Authority.

Pre-1967 borders would mean that half of Jerusalem would be, as David described it, “…on the chopping block”. This would include the historical sites such as the Western Wall, the Temple Mount, Hebron where Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are buried, along with Shiloh and Bethlehem.

David believes the U.N. Security Council will not give support to a Palestinian State. The only option they have is to go to the U.N. General Assembly. Should the Palestinians get their way, David feels the Israeli Prime Minister and the Israeli Cabinet should then approve their own resolution stating that when the Palestinian State is approved, the Oslo Peace Accords are null and void and that Israel declares its sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.
