--Feds spend 1.5 million to study why three-fourths of lesbians are fat.
--Obama wants to double the U.S. quota subscription in the International Monetary Fund.
--3 leading House Energy and Commerce Committee Democrats are calling for an
oversight hearing on the FCC’s Lifeline Program.
--The trial for infamous abortionist Kermit Gosnell begins Monday.
--Operation Rescue says competency of Planned Parenthood’s training program is
questioned after a rash of botched abortions.
--40% of all pregnancies in New York City still end in abortion.
--Students from Hunter College in New York City gathered to play a game called
abortion battles.
--72 member of the U.S. Congress have signed a letter to the Government Accountability
Office asking for updated detailed information about government grants to Planned
Parenthood.
--The Obama presidential campaign held an event for campaign volunteers at an abortion
clinic in Iowa.
--Due to the number of Italian obstetricians/gynecologists opting out of abortion activity
in recent years, some are calling for restrictions on the right of conscience objection by
physicians in order to protect the right for women to obtain abortions.
--Government funded mortality study raises concerns about health care rationing under
Obamacare.
--Applying for benefits under Obama’s healthcare overhaul could be as daunting as doing
your taxes.
--The founder of Dominos Pizza has won his bid for a court order to prevent enforcement
of the H.H.S.mandate that forces religious employers to purchase drugs that cause
abortion.
--Republican U.S. Senator Rob Portman announced yesterday that he now supports gay
marriage because one of his sons is gay.
--Boy Scouts of America send questionnaire to find out how their members feels about
issues such as homosexuality, gays camping with children and gays in church
leadership.
--Supreme Court to hear challenges to D.O.M.A. and California’s Prop 8 on March 26th.
--Former President Bill Clinton calling for D.O.M.A. to be overturned.
--Many of the nation’s most prominent businesses have filed a brief in favor of same-sex
marriage arguing that Prop 8 is detrimental to California businesses. Some of the
companies that signed on include Apple, Facebook, E-Bay, Google, Intel, Johnson &
Johnson, Levi-Straus, Microsoft, Nike and Starbucks.
--Homosexual activists in Minnesota are pushing for a strong anti-bullying act that could
have a chilling affect on free speech especially in religious schools that teach Christian
beliefs on sexuality.
--A Californian lawmaker introduces legislation that calls for guaranteeing transgender
students the right to use public rest rooms and participate on the sports teams that
correspond with their expressed genders.
--New Mexico photographer forced to pay more than $6,600 for declining to take pictures
of a same-sex commitment ceremony because of her Christian beliefs.
--Mixed martial arts fighter changes sex.
--A 24 year old man living as a woman sues California Baptist University for $500,000
after the school expelled him for lying on his application.
--Chicago schools requiring sex education for Kindergartners beginning in 2015.
