--In striking down the Texas ban on gay marriage, Federal Judge Orlando Garcia says homosexuality is morally protected behavior.

--A Kentucky federal judge has refused to grant a stay to his ruling that the state must recognize same-sex marriages conducted in other states or in foreign countries.

--Arizona Governor Jan Brewer vetos the religious freedom bill.

--The Mayor of Boston says he will boycott the St. Patrick's Day Parade unless gay groups are allowed to participate.

--The California Secretary of State says there's not enough valid signatures to challenge transgender student law.

--A California transgender (male) teen wants to play on the girls softball team.

--A Southern California bar has announced that they will add any legislator in any state who votes for bills to allow for discrimination against LGBT people to be on their 'deny entry' list.

--Ireland's Parliament has proposed a bill that would allow 16 year old people to have their gender changed on their birth certificates and passports.

--Disney drops Florida Boy Scouts Council from its approved volunteer program.

--Nearly 72% of babies aborted in Mississippi are black.

--The U.S. Supreme Court let stand a 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that struck down an Arizona law that protected taxpayers from being forced to pay for abortions and to fund Planned Parenthood.

--Kansas Attorney General's office charged Scott Robert Bollig of first-degree murder and 3 other counts after lacing his girlfriend's pancake with an abortion drug.

--West Virginia House passed the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.

--Planned Parenthood has revealed their game-plan for 2014 that includes targeting more than a dozen states.

--The Food and Drug Administration met to discuss allowing the creation of human beings with 3 genetic parents to proceed to clinical trials.

--A former convicted Palestinian terrorist was hired as an Obamacare “navigator” in Obama's home state of Illinois.

--Muslim group kills 43 children in a Nigerian school. Children were burned alive Those who tried to escape had their throats slit.

--Arizona Muslim murderer gets off with 5 years in prison.

--Vice President Joe Biden says that the new voter I.D. laws in North Carolina, Alabama and Texas were evidence of hatred and zealotry during a Black History Month event at the Naval Observatory.

--Creepy Disney video shows a lady-bug drone spying on children.

--California Governor Jerry Brown is running for re-election.

--Secretary of State John Kerry says overfishing, population and climate change are the 3 greatest threats to the earth's oceans.

--Senator Harry Reid says there's plenty of horror stories being told about Obamacare...all untrue.

--Morality in Media announced their 2014 “dirty dozen” list topped by Attorney General Eric holder for his support of pornographers over children and families.

--A Democratic bill would require that all new guns to be personalized with finger print reading technology.

--Feds spend $356,337 on a simulation facility to study how people cross the road.

--Reverend Bill Owens spoke at the National Press Club and announced that they are launching a campaign to get 1 million signatures on a petition calling for the impeachment of Attorney General Eric Holder for violating his oath of office by trying, ' coerce states to fall in line with the same-sex marriage agenda.'

--South Carolina legislators want to punish 2 public colleges for assigning books on homosexuality to freshmen.

--The U.S. House passes legislation (HR-3865) that would stop the targeting of political beliefs by the IRS.

--Attorneys for Purdue University alumnus sent a letter to the school after the University rejected language he had proposed for a plaque honoring his parents in conjunction with a gift to the university. The proposed language for the plaque was rejected because it included a reference to God's physical laws.

--Kathleen Sebelius now says 7 million was not the administrations sign-up goal for Obamacare but that is what she said in September of 2013.

--A Baptist pastor has been elected as Ukraine's interim president.
