--The family of Justina Pelletier is considering legal action against the state of Massachusetts for what they believe was the abduction of their daughter.

--High School salutatorian was unconstitutionally told not to mention his Christian faith during his graduation speech by school officials in Brawley, California.

--President Obama, speaking before a Democratic LGBT fundraiser, thanked the audience for making America more just and compassionate.

--The White House plans to give workers leave to care for same-sex spouses.

--John Kerry addresses a gay pride event at the State Department.

--President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton opposed placing the Nigerian terrorist group Boko Haram on the State Department's official list of foreign terrorist organizations until Clinton left the administration. On the other hand, the Obama administration announced that it has cut all financial aid to Uganda due to the nation's law against homosexuality.

--35 years after being kicked out of the U.S. Army for being homosexual, an Oklahoma City woman has won her fight to have her discharge changed from 'other than honorable' to 'honorable'. She wants disability benefits for PTSD, believing she suffers from this not because of combat but because of what she describes as the intentional humiliating treatment Army officials inflicted on her because she was homosexual.

--President Obama authorizes an 8 member military honor guard to march alongside half-naked people and drag queens in 'pride' parade.

--The Department of Justice has a division called 'DOJ Pride'. This division's website instructs managers at the DOJ to use inclusive language in order to be welcoming to those of the LGBT community. Silence regarding the LGBT lifestyle is interpreted as disapproval.

--An elementary school in Oakland, California, ended its school year with a pride day celebration.

--The Office of Personnel Management releases new guidelines allowing federal agencies to offer coverage for sex change surgeries and procedures to their employees and dependents.

--The Human Right Campaign admits that the President's announcement regarding ENDA 'was met with the sound of crickets' from Republicans on Capitol Hill.

--The president and CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters responds by letter to President Obama about ENDA and the impact of such a bill on faith-based organizations.

--The Presbyterian Church USA has voted to allow pastors to marry same-sex couples in states where it's legal and to change the language regarding marriage in the church's constitution to 'two persons' instead of 'a man and a woman'.

--Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum participate in the March for Marriage in Washington, D.C.

--There's been a ballot effort to try to overturn the marriage protection amendment in Ohio. They didn't come up with enough signatures for it to be on the ballot this Fall.

--The Attorney General in South Dakota has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit that is challenging their support for traditional marriage.

--ISIS terrorists may have access to a saron poison gas facility.

--Libyans suspected of bombing and vandalizing the U.S. consulate in Benghazi have been hired as security guards by a British contractor.

--Senator Ted Cruz says you can't win a battle against radical Islamic terrorism if you're not willing to utter the words 'radical Islamic terrorism'.

--ISIS has seized U.S. tanks and Humvees that we've left behind, taking them to Syria.

--Iraq considered 'dead' by former CIA director.

--Two suspected jihadists arrested in Texas.

--As many as 15 Somali-American men have left their Minnesota homes to travel to the Middle East and join ISIS.

--Texas man stands defiant after he was told to remove an American flag from his balcony because it's a threat to Muslims.

--Jahi McMath, who was declared dead by the state of California, is being maintained by a hospital in New Jersey, receiving around-the-clock care and has responded to commands moving specific body parts when asked to do so.

--A heated debate took place today in Congress with the IRS Commissioner over computer hard-drive 'crashes'.

--President Obama renews push for the U.S. to cede its oceans to U.N.-based international law.
