--Bowing to pressure from secular groups outside the state, Kentucky officials announced this week a decision to deny the Ark Encounter theme park an opportunity to participate in a tax rebate incentive program offered by the Senate's tourism office. In order to participate, Answers in Genesis would have to waive its right to include a religious preference in hiring and affirm that it will tolerate no proselytizing at the theme park.

--Anti-theist gives blasphemous invocation at Lakeworth, Florida, city commission meeting.

--Denver university professor teaches spoof of the Pledge of Allegiance that denounces the U.S. as a Republican controlled bastion of injustice.

--U.S. Army issues a letter of concern to one of its chaplains for using Christian scriptures and solutions during a suicide prevention training session.

--1st Circuit Court of Appeals has allowed a lawsuit to proceed against Pastor Scott Lively accusing him of crimes against humanity due to his views on homosexuality that he has taken overseas.

--Plano, Texas, passes dangerous non-discrimination policy that would potentially allow transgender persons to access the bathroooms of their choice.

--Fayetteville, Arkansas, voters have overturned a pro-homosexual/transgender ordinance.

--Parents angry after school tells 13 year-old students that they can have sex and choose their gender.

--ABC Family orders transgender 'docuseries' produced by American Idol host Ryan Seacrest.

--An Air Force lieutenant who is a prominent activist for homosexual rights in the military is awaiting trial for forcible sodomy and abusive sexual contact.

--Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon says he intends to introduce legislation next year that will roll the controversial Employment Non-Discrimination Act into a broader bill creating special LGBT protections in numerous areas. He wants to narrow any religious protections.

--Kansas begins issuing gender neutral marriage forms.

--President Obama's amnesty plan puts millions of illegals on the fast-track for citizenship.

--Planned Parenthood Federation of America placed statement of support on its website for President Obama's plan to protect millions of illegal aliens from deportation.

--D.C. judge issues an order granting Sheriff Joe Arpaio's request for an expedited hearing and ruling on his motion for preliminary injunction in regard to amnesty.

--President Obama admits that the next occupant of the White House could roll back his executive action to protect up to 5 million illegal immigrants from deportation but he said a future president would pay a political price for doing that.

--U.N. sending thousands of Syrian refugees for resettlement in America.

--Omnibus bill calls for the Obama administration to make it easier for consumers to know if their insurance plan covers abortion as well as increasing funding for abstinence education. The bill also compels taxpayers to pay for abortions for Peace Corps workers in some circumstances.

--Some Australians are calling for the Bible to be banned in two popular retail outlets after they became upset because the video game Grand Theft Auto will not be on store shelves any time soon.

--Cleric at Temple Mount mosque delivers an impromptu sermon warning Jews that they are about to be slaughtered without mercy.

--The architect of Obamacare, Jonathan Gruber, believes in aborting marginal children.

--Canadian legislation would legalize active lethal injection euthanasia and assisted suicide for people with disabilities.

--Kathleen Sebelius calls on the White House to change the name of Obamacare.

--According to a survey of 2,000 families, one-third of youngsters between 10 and 13 do not know that Christmas marks the birth of Jesus Christ. The poll also noted that only 10% of adults can correctly state 4 facts about Christ's birth and half of those surveyed said it isn't relevant to their Christmas celebrations.
