Every summer, Trail Ridge, VCY's camping ministry, provides exciting experiences for hundreds of boys and girls, ages 8 through 13. Today this youth group is the target of the Youth subculture and Disney. Video gmes, texting and social networking influence our future leaders of tomorrow. Each year the camp ministry has grown with the powerful Bible based teaching and supercharged activities that keep bringing boys and girls back, year after year. This year the dates are as follows:

July 19-24
July 26 - 31 will be a special week of Lifeline Camp, which VCY provides for at risk boys and girls that come to us through inner city programs and ministries that reach out to this important and needy group of children. The cost of providing this outreach comes from friends of VCY that are willing to invest in the Lifeline Scholarship program. Last year VCY provided this special ministry to 50 children. It was a real blessing to see 31 of them pray to receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
Volunteer opportunities are available to committed Christian adults as counselors, kitchen help, grounds keeping. Teens may apply for a limited number of positions as volunteer assistants. Application forms and references are required.

What
and Where
Trail Ridge is a 375 acre
facility near Hillsboro, Wisconsin, about 50 miles south of LaCrosse in
a beautiful area of the state. It includes several camp areas
with shower facilities and meeting pavilions. Over the past
several years, a number of facilities have been added, including lodges
for family or group use. Among the amenities are a large swimming
pool, go-cart track, an apple orchard, a wilderness area, hiking and
horse trails, dining facilities, and chapel. There are also
camping areas, including an RV park, and private areas for tent camping.
Purpose
Trail Ridge Camp and
Conference Center is dedicated to training and teaching families, young
adults, and youth the solid basics of a Christian world view. Every
program at Trail Ridge will present Bible-centered training by
qualified teachers.
Facilities
The Dining Hall, where
hundreds of delicious meals are prepared. Nobody goes away hungry!
Marks Memorial
Auditorium, where large group meetings and rallies are held.
The Administration
Building, with its Snack Shop and Country Store, and other amenities
for visitors and guests.
The Lodges, each with
four units to accomodate families or groups of children.
Volunteer
We
continue to welcome help from friends of VCY Ministries both in our
continuing development of Trail Ridge, and during our summer camp
schedule. If you can spend some time--from a few hours to several
