They simply need to send us a mail or an email giving us their approval of your participation in the Birthday Club, or any other services/resources which require the collection of personal information on our web sites. If you use the Birthday Club signup form, there is a place for your parents to give their name and indicate their approval.

Any information collected by VCY America from children/teens is used only for the purpose of delivering the requested service/materials. The Way We Use Information:
