I'm asking for prayer that the house appraisal says house is worth 300,000 and we sale it for that much. We did to remodeling before we knew the hidden problems. Pray that land my dad gave us is efficient and we can build on that it. We can build a new house with profit from sale. We can't afford to fix 1949 house.
