You’ll depart from the U.S. on your flight to Israel arriving a
You’ll depart from the U.S. on your flight to Israel arriving at Ben Gurion Airport the next afternoon. We’ll head up to up to Jerusa- lem, where we‘ll visit the Shep- herds’ fields (Jesus’ birth-place), followed by the promenade overlooking the city. We go to Yad Vashem, a mu- seum focusing on the persecu- tion of the Jewish people over the centuries. At the Shrine of the Book, we’ll see the Dead Sea Scrolls, after which we go to the Knesset (Israel’s Parliament). We end the day at he Western Wall. We start the day with Meno Kalisher (pastor of Jerusalem Assembly), who will discuss life and ministry for believers in Israel. We’ll then travel to Cae- sarea Maritima, where Gentiles first became Christians. Then it’s on to Mt. Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. After this, we’ll visit Nazareth, and if time allows, go to the site of Jesus’ first miracle in Cana. Today, we will trace Jesus‘ foot- steps in Galilee, beginning at Capernaum. From there we’ll travel to Caesarea Philippi in the area where the transfigura- tion took place. Traveling through the Golan Heights we’ll get a better understanding of the ongoing conflict between Syria and Israel. We’ll have lunch on the Sea of Galilee, where the menu will include St. Peter’s fish. As we travel across the Sea of Galilee to Beth Saida on the “Jesus Boat” we’ll study the feeding of the 5,000 and see the Mount of Beatitudes. Our day will end at the museum at Nof Ginnosar where the 2000 year-old Jesus boat is on display

This morning we will travel through the Jezreel Valley on our way to Megiddo where the Battle of Armageddon will take place. On the way we’ll visit the archaeological digs in Beth She’an. Further down the Jordan Valley we’ll come to Gilgal, the site where Joshua and the children of Israel first camped as they entered into the Promised Land. Traveling through the Judean Desert on the way to the Dead Sea, we’ll stop at Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Then we’ll hike up to the waterfalls of En Gedi, where David hid from King Saul, before going on to the fortress of Masada. Make sure you bring your bathing suit because just before returning to Jerusalem we’ll have an opportunity to swim in the Dead Sea. We begin our day on the Mt. of Olives and then make our way over to the Temple Mount, following Jesus’ footsteps on His Triumphal Entry. While there, we‘ll discuss the Third Temple, after which we’ll visit a section of the Western Wall where Jewish men are studying in preparation to be priests in the next temple. We’ll also visit the Temple Institute where preparations are being made for the Third Temple. In the afternoon we will go to the Garden of Gethsemane, Pilate’s Judgment Hall, walk the Via Dolarosa and then end our day at the Garden Tomb. Today we can sleep late and then get up for a day of light touring. In the evening we’ll have a farewell banquet and say goodbye to those not con- tinuing on to Eilat and Petra. The banquet will be a gourmet delight and give us the opportunity to reflect on the highlights of our trip. After the banquet those returning to the U.S. will leave for Ben Gurion Airport to board the plane for the return flight to the US, arriving the next day.

We start the day in the Valley of Elah where David slayed Goliath and defeated the Philistines. On our way into the Negev Desert, we’ll stop at the Sde Boker Kib- butz, the home of Israel’s first Prime Minister. We’ll then go through the Wilderness of Zin and on to the ancient Nabatean city of Avdat. We’ll see the Great Crater at Mitzpe Ramon, and then it’s on to Eilat on the Red Sea, where we’ll spend the next three nights. Today we travel to Petra in Jordan, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Petra not only has incredible physi- cal beauty, and an amazing past, it also has a stunning prophetic future as well. We’ll visit Eilat’s famous Un- der-water Observatory before going on a Red Sea schooner cruise, with the chance to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and lunch! The rest of the day will be free time. This morning we can sleep in before heading back to Tel Aviv, where we’ll enjoy a delicious farewell dinner, and then board our evening flight home. Early this morning, we’ll arrive back in the U.S. *itinerary subject to change
