William Gheen is the President and National Director of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, known as ALIPAC. It is one of the largest grassroots organizations in America fighting for more immigration enforcement, border security and against illegal immigration and amnesty. He remains steadfast in his resolve to end illegal immigration in the United States.

The DREAM Act was first introduced into the Senate in 2001. It was designed to provide amnesty for alien minors that met certain specific requirements and was eventually voted down by Congress.

Now, President Obama has instituted a new immigration policy. The problem with this policy is that it hasn’t originated as a law or formal executive order but instead as some type of memo or decree through bureaucracy. In other words, with no legislative backing, which itself is an attempt to bypass the Constitution, this new policy amounts to mass amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants that includes a worker and I.D. program.

This program is for any illegal alien that claims to be under the age of 30. No proof of birth is required. William noted that the activists and organizations and those who have written the DREAM Act legislation have made it clear that they want all 20 million illegal aliens to receive this type of amnesty.

In the end, William believes that the purpose of giving amnesty to 12 to 20 million illegal immigrants is to create a block of voters that will displace and replace the center-right Christian/conservative heart of America, thereby turning America into a leftist nation.
