Jim began this edition of Crosstalk by letting listeners know about the following stories:

–About 200 Americans under contract with the Department of Defense are trapped by
Al Qaeda inspired jihadists at an Air Force base in Iraq.

–The decapitated heads of police and soldiers line the streets as jihadists
attempt to take over Baghdad, Iraq .

–Justina Pelletier is now 16 years old and is still being held in the custody of
the State of Massachusetts. The Department of Children and Families appears to
be in agreement with the idea of returning Justina to her parents. The entire
process is in the hands of a judge.

–Mariam Ibrahim, who was sentenced to death due to her Christian faith, gave
birth to a baby in the Sudan and continues to wait in jail. She could be
flogged within days if her appeal of her death sentence is thrown out.

–Disney is getting involved in ‘Out-Fest’ a week-long event for LGBT families set
to debut this summer. It will run from July 1st through the 7th.

–Pittsburgh mayor to hold marriage ceremony for 20 same-sex couples on Father’s
Day.

–Attorney General Eric Holder tells homosexual advocacy group that the Boy
Scouts preserves and perpetuates the worst kind of stereotypes by refusing to
allow homosexuals to serve as troop leaders.

–A rainbow flag indicating support for the LGBTQ community was raised over the
U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv for the first time this week.

–An abortion clinic in Alabama is moving next to a middle school.

–4 Russian strategic bombers came within 50 miles of the California coast.

–Benghazi terrorists used cell phones seized from State Department personnel
during the attacks and U.S. spy agencies overheard them contacting more senior
terrorist leaders to report on the success of the operation.

–Jehovah’s Witnesses are encouraging neighbors to attend Witnesses Regional
Conventions throughout the nation.
